This Privacy Policy explains how Tulip Bookings ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Tulip Bookings mobile app and website (the "Service"), which lets you buy and manage eSIM mobile-data plans. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

We do not collect your precise device location or GPS. A country you pick when buying an eSIM is your choice of plan coverage, not your location.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data except where we must retain limited records (for example, transaction records required by law).
You can access and update your name, email, language, currency, and notification settings in the app under Profile.
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time:
Some records required for legal, tax, or anti-fraud purposes (such as a record that a transaction occurred) may be retained for the period required by law, after which they are deleted.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. We restrict access to personal data to those who need it to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate from Iraq and may process and store data on cloud infrastructure located in other countries. By using the Service you consent to such processing.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app.
