Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Tulip Bookings account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open the Tulip Bookings app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed from our systems.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email support@tulipbookings.com from your registered email address, or include your registered phone number, and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, phone, email, preferences), your device/push registrations, and your personal eSIM/order records are deleted or anonymized.

What we may retain

We may keep limited records required by law (for example, that a payment transaction occurred) for the legally required retention period, after which they are deleted. Active eSIM data plans that have already been issued cannot be refunded simply by deleting your account.
